5 /5 Linda Houston: Fast quick and easy . I love that the agent was very knowledgeable. If you leave him a voicemail he is sure to respond if not the same day but the following business day. He also made courtesy calls after all documents were completed. He is really honest with referrals. I sent him a referral however the client lived too far from the districts fire department therefore she was ineligible for a policy. He was very kind when relaying that information to that potential client and had great de escalation skills; although there were no bad feelings expressed
