1 /5 Tyra Singleton: I tried to get a policy with this company because my mortgage provider had self selected them in the previous year. Called for two weeks and they kept saying they’d call me back and NEVER called me back. Really hope this wasn’t a race thing. Finally after the second week I tried a new agency and they kept their word by sending me a quote that same day instead of lying and delaying a simple quote. I say simple because my policy with this company had JUST lapsed so you would think it shouldn’t take long for a new quote or to renew. Anywho hope this wasn’t a race thing but at least my new provider is hands on and reliable. I was shopping for landlord insurance, hope that helps.
