Ms. LeBouef, diligently worked with me and also my former insurance company’s representatives and was not only extremely kind and patient but was extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of the new State Farm policy I purchased.She made me feel valued, not just as a customer but also as a person. And although I only heard her voice and didn’t see her face over the phone, each time we spoke I could “feel” the smile on her face. She was pleased to be helping me. Sambeaux Fulkerson Met with Mike Thib yesterday. Brought my wife and 3 of my kiddos. The entire office was very polite and allowed my kiddos to watch cartoons, run and play, and even gave them books to take home. I left there with more knowledge about life insurance in one hour than I’ve gained in 37 years. Myself, my 5 children are now insured. Why didn’t i do this 20 years ago? I’m grateful for the experience my wife and i had with Mike. Even if you’re not ready to purchase life insurance you at least owe it to yourself to go get educated on what it truly is.
