Jessica Henderson Ms.Bowie was very knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciate her willingness to help me solve my problem. Even though it didn’t turn out how I would like, the call didn’t end with me being upset with her. She was great!

Kristi Span-Peters was able to get rolling with the lowest insurance rate I’ve ever had.. within a day thanks to Chelsea. pretty much everything was handled over email, with quick responses and I wasn’t pushed to make a phone call (a plus for an introvert). she was super kind and helpful, which was most impactful for me.

Randy Beason Had a pretty big claim from hail storm, and State Farm did a great job from the start until the finish. No issues at all. Super fast on payment. Thank you, State Farm and Sarah Kurt and her crew.

Mona Kelley State Farm has been our insurance provider since 1980, they have always been fair with us thru 4 hurricanes and responded swiftly and professionally. We were customers of “ coach Enos “ and followed Deann to her new home with Jim Mitchell and now Christine Bailey, this girl is awesome, ALWAYS taking or returning our calls in a timely manner, even after hours ( I’m talking 8 pm. ) to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied, time and space doesn’t permit me to do this lady justice, she’s fantastic and as long as she’s in the business we will be with her.
