I knew that the prongs were damaged because of the age of the ring, but I wasnt ready to change the style yet. Monesha Miller-Becnel I walked in and was in the store 5 minutes. I didn’t get a greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. Mind you, I’m the only one in the store. When you’re selling a costume jewelry bracelet at $20 at least make it worth it with customer service. I walked straight out and across to H&M. Don’t spend your money at places with rude people.
