1 /5 laura stepp: The jewelry department I. This store is a POS. My ring has been there for over 6 months- and cannot not ever get a hold of this department. Phone just rings and rings. Because of this store and the lack of service, I have closed my JCP card and will not shop at JCP at all.

5 /5 Josh: J. C. Pennys is a great place to find tall sizes. And theyve got a good selection of tall graphic t-shirts.

1 /5 Zachary Jones: Call me stupid or whatever but I could not find anything in there and dealing I got to replaced I was looking for like a shirt or something I couldnt find all the way out nor could I find out to check out counter I have more chances to walk out with the merchandise than I did purchasing it
