5 /5 Helene T.: Thaddeus, the knowledgeable owner who originally hails from Michigan, knows his rock and gemstone stuff and his Tai Chi stuff, too. He is able to tell you which stones mean what, such as the labradorite he showed me the other day which, he said, assists with helping one find stability in chaotic times (sounds like we all need that these days!). He has always sold a variety of gemstones in ring, pendant and earring form, everything from peridot to rhodochrosite. A dear friend gifted me with a rhodochrosite ring from Heaven on Earth, in fact, and I treasure it. Thaddeus purveys unusual gemstones in jewellery form, but also has rock specimens, books, and so many things in the shop that you really need to take your time to examine it all. I only wish I still lived in Lafayette so that I could attend the Tai Chi class. Kudos to Thaddeus and Heaven on Earth.
