1 /5 Annabella Nicolosi: i went in to get my silver bracelet resized. When we walked in the employee didn’t even ask what what we needed help with he just stared at me . I asked to get it resized and he told me it wasn’t real silver and that i needed to buy one from him . I got this bracelet from Macy’s for $100 !! Very bad service i would not recommend

5 /5 Maria P: 5$ for battery change for watches. I had 2 watches and it probably took the employee about 10 minutes to change the batteries for both. He was polite and quick. Will come back with my other watches.

1 /5 Amanda Nicolosi: Terrible! Went to get a bracelet resized guy told me it wasnt real silver so he couldnt do it and laughed. Within 5 minutes I was at a REAL jewelry place and they said they dont know what he was talking about its real and can be resized.
