Ben LeBlanc I purchased one their hats at their pop-up shop at Youngsville on Ice. My daughter wanted a Lainey Wilson hat. The owners were extremely helpful helping Santa choose the perfect hat for my daughter. The craftsmanship with all of their items is second to none. Wonderful experience and would recommend everyone to check them out.

Grayson Bell Francee is absolutely amazing! She is so charming, helpful in picking jewelry, and passionate about what she does! She made SURE we picked the best chain and the length was exactly how we wanted it. Such an angel! We will definitely be back!

Melissa Wilkerson I’ve been to all of the Chads in Lake Charles and Sulphur as well as almost every other pawn shop there is here in LC, NOT EVEN ONE of them compare to Chads on Broad st. And that’s bc of Arthur! He is very knowledgeable about the stuff in his store. He always goes out of his way for his customers. That’s why Chads on Broad is the only pawn shop me or anyone else in my family will go to and it’s been like that for years! The owner of Chads won the lotto when he employed Arthur to manage one of his stores.

Monesha Miller-Becnel I walked in and was in the store 5 minutes. I didn’t get a greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. Mind you, I’m the only one in the store. When you’re selling a costume jewelry bracelet at $20 at least make it worth it with customer service. I walked straight out and across to H&M. Don’t spend your money at places with rude people. This was 5/15/25 at 4:20pm
