Louis Maistros I brought in my wifes mothers antique watch for repair and they had it running with a new battery in just a few minutes, and charged me a very small amount for the service. What a great local small business this is! I wish there was more good customer service and reasonable pricing like this out in the rest of the world--wed all be so much better off.

As soon as my husband and I walked into the store Destiny greeted us and pointed me to the Neil Lane collection where I needed to look. I was looking for a particular ring but Destiny showed me some other options to another style I was looking at. I found my perfect ring a 3 carat Cushion cut by Neil Lane and it had only been in the store since Wednesday. I have been to this location many times and have never received such good service. She is an asset to your company and I will highly recommend this location to others. Thank you again Destiny I will be back for my next purchase soon.

She was fair with pricing for us on some items we ended up purchasing due to her high quality customer service. She went above and beyond. The building is clean and organized which helps tremendously. We weren’t treated like potential criminals which is how the place next door made us feel. Ashleigh Caples I lost the diamond out of my wedding ring at the Monroe airport a couple weeks ago. I knew that the prongs were damaged because of the age of the ring, but I wasnt ready to change the style yet. I checked with a couple of jewelers, but I felt like they just didnt hear what I was trying to say. Trinity made it so easy and restored my ring to look the same as it did the day that my husband proposed to me.
