Janna, the General Manager, helped me pick out a beautiful gift for my wife and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was super friendly, professional, and even hooked me up with some amazing discounts. Excellent customer service and a great selection of jewelry—definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Janna!

2 /5 Cassy T: I came into the store with the goal to make a specific purchase. I asked about the bracelet I wanted, and one of the young ladies in the shop was very kind about looking for the bracelet. The thing I noticed, though, was that an older woman I can only presume was the manager left the back room upon seeing me enter the shop. She proceeded to very obviously watch my friend and I as we shopped, making me feel incredibly agitated because I’m clearly in front of your sales girl and I’m asking her about items I want to buy. If I’m a thief, I’m going to avoid her, not say can you recommend a companion to this piece. I am a black woman and I know her type. When another group of people came into the store — all white — this same manager offered them beverages, and was very cheery with them, which she did not do with my friend or I, even after I spent upwards of $200. She was very helpful toward them, but made me so incredibly uncomfortable. If I didn’t want the bracelet, I would have left. The store has beautiful pieces. But you can be assured that I won’t be visiting this location when I am back in town. I’m giving a 2/5 only because the clerk was kind. The manager clearly needs more training on social etiquette.
