2 /5 Torre L: I came in store a few weeks ago to purchase more charms to add to a bracelet. Upon waiting I noticed the store did Klarna which is a service I’m familiar with. So I decided to purchase another bracelet but this time I wanted to do it through Klarna. I informed the team member of what I would like to do. So I opened the app and proceeded. When I asked her how to get it to where I can use it in store she was very uneducated on how to help me. My boyfriend even went to the extinct of trying to google it because the lady helping was no help. And instead of trying to find out through another staff member she just stood there looking unconcerned. I really wish I knew her name but it was the mid 40s-50 lady with locs. My problem is if you offer a service please be knowledgeable about the services you offer. I ended up just going ahead and paying for the bracelet regular due to frustration. I usually have a great experience at this store with others. I was very disappointed this time.

4 /5 Honesty Matters: Went in to get 4 charms put on my very first James Avery bracelet and was told they only put charms on after 5pm.... ok. So I left the bracelet with them, hopefully Ill get it tomorrow. It was a beautiful store, not the warmest feeling as we entered, employee (Teresa) seemed a little off put.
