I reached a phone representative easily that gave me answer promptly and assisted me with my claim. It took 10-14 days for payment, and just received it. Of all the banks and insurance companies Ive dealt with in the last month and a half, this has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I really appreciate the fast (human) response. My mom set this up when living in MN and later moved to CA where I too am located.
