Farmers State Bank - Harrisburg (IL)

Rhonda We recently moved all of our insurance coverages to Miller insurance. Paul worked with us diligently going through all of our farm policies, home policies, medical policies, liability policies, automobile policies and a specialty policy that he had to go through so much paperwork. He came to our house many times. He went to all of our properties. I know he had to have many hours in writing all the policies he covered. In the end he saved us money and gave us better and more precise coverage. I highly recommend Clarence Miller insurance and if you can get Paul Tomshack to help you out its a win win.

Melissa Brown Just opened a COD - went to open a savings account with a cashiers check with a large amount of money that I wasn’t comfortable keeping with me. I politely Asked if I could please open it so I didn’t have to carry a large amount of money - but because they were closing in 20 minutes and they needed a half an hour to open the savings account they wouldn’t do it for me. I totally understand policy but when you have a new customer try to have a little bit better customer service and try to assist them. I will definitely take my money somewhere else.

The tellers greet us by name, they ask about what the kids are up to, and they go out of their way to make sure that our questions are answered. As Edwardsville continues to grow and become less "homey" I am glad that this bank is in the heart of town making me feel like I am more than just a number.

laur287 I am quite partial since I work here, but even before I started working here I was pleased with service and everything the bank offers. This is the only bank Ive banked at my entire life. Ive been to other banks and never really got the hometown, they really care about you feel. FNBA really has that feel.
