Wendy found a fantastic diamond in the price range I was looking at. The whole process was very easy and the final product arrived sooner than anticipated. Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Dana Stopped in for a quick consult/estimate on the repair and adjustment of my 12 year old wedding ring. It was missing a side diamond and the prongs were loose. I also wanted the rings seperated (all three were saudered together). Eduardo was super helpful and very fair with his price so we moved forward and it was ready in a day!! Very satisfied with the final product!!! Highly recommend Flores!!

Shellie Lewis My friend lives in NYC. I am just south of Chicago. We both lived in the area a long time. When she is back visiting family, I drive to the ole Jofield area. Told her, GET IN THE CAR. Maybe we make it here once a year but best freaking Claires ever. Other sites (Orland Park, the Icing on State Street, the crummy online store) cannot hold a candle to this store.

Kailin Jones Got both of my daughters ears pierced here. The manager did a great job. Very knowledgeable. Neither of their ears got infected. Definitely recommend.

Leora Dowling I recently lost one of the smaller stones from my engagement ring. Although Im a widow, the ring means so much to me. I asked around before choosing a jewelers, because its risky to hand an expensive piece over to strangers. Everyone I spoke to recommended Oak Park Jewelers. Today I brought the ring in and was instantly reassured by Ella and Sammi. They asked the right questions, listened to me reminisce a bit, and called me back within 2 hours as promised. I got a reasonable estimate for replacing the missing stone, as well as retipping the prongs that needed retipping. (Not all of them need it.) I appreciated everything about the honest and genuine service I received today. I look forward to wearing my favorite piece of jewelry again within the next 7-10 days. Im sure the stone with be carefully chosen to match the other six, and all the diamonds will be safely and beautifully mounted. Thank you, ladies, for your assistance! Update: My ring is gorgeous. I cant tell which stone was replaced!

David Czarnecki Guy is great! He helped me with my wifes engagement and wedding ring, as well as my own. The wedding rings were done during COVID, so that added a lot of stress as they were done just days before the wedding. That wasnt their fault though, and the work done here is top notch! The next custom piece I do will definitely come from Guy!
