Ive had problems with my card going through on subscription purchases and staff was not helpful in helping me figure out why. I will be switching banks even though I have been with them for almost 10 years. I rarely had issues before the merge.

Loni Williams Poor business practices. Gives generic leads with recommended guidelines for leads, but when setting appointments does not consider all possible scheduled leads. They do not allow follow ups for cancellations due to health issues. They think its a waste of company time. If an appointment is scheduled customers deserve a call for cancellation. Money driven to take advantage of public instead of helping those in need. Uses health insurance as a way to access and get information of alternate savings for other ulterior motives.
