She was excellent about staying in touch with me in regards to my home equity loan . And very courteous . I have banked with first mid America for several years purchasing my home , cars and boat with them. ! I will continue to do so

Its so nice to have someone to actually talk to and not just an automated voice on the phone. Such a pleasant experience!
