1 /5 Jamal: I applied for a loan and was told by the Hispanic older lady that I would hear something back even if I was denied or approved. Well almost a month went by and then I remembered I applied for the loan so I called them. They couldn’t find my application and tried saying I never applied. Well after doing more digging…the lady on the phone finally found my application and the Hispanic lady who did my application put my name down all wrong despite having my license right in front of her at the time. When I was in the office she acted as if she didn’t care to help me as it was and then told me she would email me the paperwork I needed to sign and upload documents to. However once I left I realized she wouldn’t be able to email me anything because she never even asked for my email nor my phone number. I ended up calling the office after I left to tell her she never asked for my email and then I finally gave it to her. Overall my experience was terrible.

5 /5 Rod Westfall: The service was exceptional, Carol took the time to go over everything in a kind and professional manner. She was Outstanding. I havent been there for awhile and they remodeled the office, everything looks great except for the carpet. It looked awful. Otherwise great experience.
