5 /5 Melissa G: I noticed a LOT of Apple charges on my account. I was able to get it addressed on Apples end, but due to some issues, I had to contact my bank. Sharon, at the Kimmel Crossing branch was AWESOME. She listened to me (when the first teller was rude and dismissive), put me on hold and tried to figure it all out. In the end, she knew I wasnt responsible and I got my money back. I am so grateful she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. Great customer service....very hard to find nowadays.
