Stephanie Skromme I have dealt with 5 banks in the past month since my dad’s passing. Heartland bank has been the worst and hardest to deal with. Every time I go in there they have to “review” documents even though I have legal signed under oath paperwork from our attorney that is needed. I understand them wanting to protect themselves but there were excessive with their requests (even our attorney agrees this was not necessary of them). I will never bank with them or recommend anyone too. Much easier and friendly banks out there.

Ashleigh Hamilton I googled Steves office to give him a call this morning and noticed he only had four stars. I looked at the previous comment that did not rate them well and I couldnt disagree more with that rating. The office staff are some of the nicest people you could get. They answer quickly and promptly respond to any questions I have. Our family has been with Steves office for well over 10 years and could not be happier. Thank you all!
Bogdan Matczuk From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland.
I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction.
My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy.
I will bypass this branch by 1 mile radius.
