Starr Morgan I dont know who needs to hear this, but Jordan in the Sullivan Verizon Phone Store deserves all the stars! He is so good at his job. He is patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to meet customer needs and is always pleasant and calm even when the surrounding environment is not. Kudos Jordan!

Nathan Hill I have been going to this bank for so many years to check in my trust fund money every month and had no issues, YEARS! All of a sudden I have seen a couple new people and this woman (I dont remember her name) wont cash in my trust fund checks because "it has a later date" and they would get in "trouble" for it. I dont understand if that is the case why has no one else stopped me and I still see the same people working there years later to this day?!?! I have things to pay for asap towards the end of the month and I dont have time to wait if I have the checks. I tried explaining to her and still wont listen. I now have to avoid this place to go to a further one because of the "date" which makes me sad and upset because I really like some of the people there but now I dont feel comfortable going back there if I have a later date on my check compared to when I get it at home. This has been going on for a couple months and this is ridiculous. I dont mean to be a male Karen and I am usually chill but I need my money and clearly it isnt an issue because I have always done this for years. This is really weird for me from the new women. I am sorry but now I dont feel comfortable going to this branch and I really like the women I met who had worked there for years. They have been so kind, welcoming, gentle and heart warming and that is why this gets 3 stars. If they stopped working there I would change it to a 1 star. The man who I assume is the boss seems really good as well which is also why this gets a 3 star. Thank you all for those who have been there for so many years who know me. You all have been great and thank you for all of your hard work. ♥️

I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism, care, and personalized service that are offered. If you aren’t here doing business you aren’t getting the most out of your money.
