He provides advice that is best for me rather than his commissions. He advises on debt reduction and investing to balance my financial future. Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.

Sonny Salah Adam is the best! He’s the most helpful, and honest, person that I’ve ever worked with. He makes the stress of insurance, so much easier and makes everything easy and smooth. He will always go above and beyond for his clients
