I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America. It still has a "small bank" feel and it is easy to talk to a real person.

She has been dealing with me for many years, and I know I bother the crap out of her. Especially after these last few weeks. She always gets back to me so fast, and answers my questions even when I ask her the same ones 5 times. & she’s always looking out to help us find the best rates. Kevin I had a zoom call with Van Ewing moments ago. Really nice, smart guy. He answered all of my emails in a timely manner and it sounds like he is getting the ball rolling on my disability policy immediately. Would definitely recommend.
