He works tirelessly to ensure that I am receiving not only the best rate but the best service. Michael will answer emails even on the weekend late at night to ensure your questions are answered. We were delighted that Michael responded immediately to set up a phone meeting. During the meeting, he answered all of our questions about coverage for both home and auto, and he also made suggestions about increasing our coverage for both to ensure that well be adequately protected in the future. He made the process of changing easy for us. And although we increased our coverage, our annual payments remained about the same as our previous basic (lower) coverage. He is also great about providing feedback and follow-up. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, explains options clearly, is super friendly and patient--and we appreciate the help received from his team as well.
