Mike Absher You truly never know what you have in an insurance policy or an agent for that matter, until you have a claim. I found out. Due to a natural disaster beyond my wildest imagination, I experienced a huge loss. Midwest Family Mutual was fair, prompt, and efficient. Moreover, however, Tim Weis was far more than an agent. He came to my property multiple times and spent time with me in an extraordinarily traumatic time. I will forever be grateful for what went FAR beyond great service, but simply empathetic care. I almost NEVER write reviews on any product, for any reason, good or bad. I am making an exception in this case, because it is SO deserved, and appreciated.
