3 /5 Nathan Hill: I have been going to this bank for so many years to check in my trust fund money every month and had no issues, YEARS! All of a sudden I have seen a couple new people and this woman (I dont remember her name) wont cash in my trust fund checks because "it has a later date" and they would get in "trouble" for it. I dont understand if that is the case why has no one else stopped me and I still see the same people working there years later to this day?!?!
I have things to pay for asap towards the end of the month and I dont have time to wait if I have the checks. I tried explaining to her and still wont listen. I now have to avoid this place to go to a further one because of the "date" which makes me sad and upset because I really like some of the people there but now I dont feel comfortable going back there if I have a later date on my check compared to when I get it at home. This has been going on for a couple months and this is ridiculous. I dont mean to be a male Karen and I am usually chill but I need my money and clearly it isnt an issue because I have always done this for years.
This is really weird for me from the new women. I am sorry but now I dont feel comfortable going to this branch and I really like the women I met who had worked there for years. They have been so kind, welcoming, gentle and heart warming and that is why this gets 3 stars. If they stopped working there I would change it to a 1 star.
The man who I assume is the boss seems really good as well which is also why this gets a 3 star.

1 /5 natalie saucier: Put in an application about a month ago to refinance my vehicle, was told it would take 24 hours to hear back. Fast forward a week and I still hadn’t heard anything, i had to reach out and it took 2 days to hear something back. Once I finally got a response i submitted all the information they needed to start the loan process. She told me it would take 2 days. It has now been a week and 2 days and i’ve heard nothing. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails and nobody will respond. Would not recommend this place.
Heather Simpson I went there yesterday to change my name on my social security card. The gentleman at the door, was nice and friendly ... The lady who waited on me, was very friendly and joked around with me, as we were finishing my online application by adding my documents needed. I was worried at first with all the bad reviews but, I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Zero issues ..

Matt Creed Just got moved from First Midwest to here. Saturday wait times are in excess of 1 hour, just to make a deposit. Lines are ridiculous. They only ever have 3-4 people helping customers. They need to get more help inside the north Danville location. Online banking is a mess. I have been on the phone for over 2hrs now to check on a charge to my account that is not ours. Do not recommend.
Brooke Scott Maria was amazing with helping me set up accounts for my children. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to her job and the business of banking, I love how she gave my son a short financial literacy course in such a short period of time! She was on point and I plan on traveling to meet with her in the near future! Definitely a great branch worth the trip from Zion!
