JULIE We had a very bad experience with this firm. They did not prioritize personal income taxes, kept putting us off and wouldn’t return our calls. It took more than 6 months for them to do our taxes .In 2024, the bill more than doubled from the year before and they refused to go over the taxes with us. This year, we switched to another accounting firm and they found a large mistake. I would not recommend using this firm.

(05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!
