Dan helped us throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect ring set. He really listened to what I wanted and was so patient through multiple appointments. He took the time to show me similar styles and thoughtful alternatives so we could explore every option. He even encouraged me to come back in one last time—just to be 100% sure—knowing how indecisive I can be. That extra care meant so much. Robert Apitz I stopped in around 2 months ago and Gabe was incredible. He took the time to assess my piece with honesty and fairness, to the point where he recommended I try selling on eBay or online to make more money than what he would offer. I reached out again because I hadn’t wrote down any of the details for the online posting, and without hesitation he told me to stop back in, and he would write down a title and description for the piece. I will be taking ALL jewelry here moving forward, as I know they have the customer’s best intentions in mind. Thank you Gabe, you rock!

He not only helped find the perfect diamond and assisted in designing a custom engagement ring, but also assisted with a deep knowledge of ring design to ensure that I had the best ring possible. Jana Young Where to begin. Our two sons chose Van Duzer in Streator to help select engagement rings for their future brides. They each had a vision...Mark and Naomi found the diamonds and settings to make both rings stunning . The staff at Van Duzer make you feel like family. If you have a budget they wotk with you not against you. If your looking for a local home town experience with an amazing selection and staff ..stop in ...you wont be disappointed.

David Czarnecki Guy is great! He helped me with my wifes engagement and wedding ring, as well as my own. The wedding rings were done during COVID, so that added a lot of stress as they were done just days before the wedding. That wasnt their fault though, and the work done here is top notch! The next custom piece I do will definitely come from Guy!

Dave and this establishment are pillars of Joliet’s community. Without his store front on Jefferson Street? I swear to God, I would think the world is ending. The quality of his jewelry knows no end! I have seen rare volcanic diamonds that could only be obtained by crossing the world over. Dave Nelson is one of those people that you rarely, if ever, come across in a lifetime. If you have jewelry that you need him to validate? He is always the first one to be generous enough to do it, even if there’s nothing to validate in an endless pile. No one else does this, trust me, I have tried. When my mother passed from breast cancer? I had so much questionable jewelry and there was no one or where to go that would check it all, except Dave. He was there for me, professionally, and always has been. Dave is exceptionally generous. His son is also one of my very best friends. If I could cover all of the times that Dave was there for me as child? I would. How many times he put dinner on the table for me while I had none? How many times he stuck up for me to bullies? How many times he had pig roasts and invited the entire community? I could go on, forever. This place? These people? They defy quality and kindness. They show you the very definition of ‘Class’.
