1 /5 Rogelio Alcala: What used to be a trusted jeweler has completely lost my trust. For well over 19 years, I have been buying jewelry from Roger’s and Holland and have enjoyed quality service and good quality jewelry. In my last purchase, I placed a special order only to receive a piece that was no where near what I was sold in the store. The store manager initially stated she would make it right and the following day, the conversation switched to a complete refusal to take any accountability. In fact, I was told the mistake in placing the order did not fall on store personnel. So, now it was my fault I was sold one item and a much smaller piece of jewelry was delivered. To say I am disappointed falls short and for sure they have lost my business.

5 /5 Amber Morgan-VerNooy: All the ladies at the store were super helpful, showing my mom anything she wanted to see, making suggestions, and even coloring a diamond to see what it would look like with a pink diamond. Our service was amazing! The ordering process was easy, even with the changes she was requesting. Florie, Kelsi, Angie, & Brittany were wonderful!
