We never had any problems, and when we were in an accident, everything went as smoothly as possible because they took care of everything and were constantly calling us to see if everything was okay and what the latest updates were, and theyre also very friendly and attentive. Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
