Kristen was great! She was helpful, professional, and candid, answering my many policy-related questions on numerous calls to help me make sure I had my “i’s” dotted and “t’s” crossed.
I used Fischer-Going Insurance as one of several agencies to compare insurance quotes for auto, home, and an umbrella policy. I disclosed to Kristen at the very beginning that I was “shopping” for the best total insurance premium on the three combined policies. And although we ultimately went with another agency-insurer that found identical coverage with a different carrier for a better price, we fully expect to come back to Kristen and Fischer-Going Insurance for additional policy quotes in the future.
