William Britton By far the BEST agent and agency in St. Charles and the Fox Valley area! Julie and her staff are extremely professional and polite. I have been insured with Julie for the last 12 years and have ZERO complaints! Ive been with Howard Wrights office originally on my parents insurance until I got older and got my own insurance. This office is 5 STARS all the way! Kyle Mike Moews is the WORST argent I have ever had, absolutely awful. switched my insurance to Mike at Acclaim I had my RV home and three cars insured along with a rental property. Came back with a couple options. went over them, very quick and seemed confused him self has he is explaining it to me. Two months go by and my neighbor hands me a cancelation notice He had insured the wrong address I went back to look at my info I gave him, said my correct address. I called mike upset he said its no big deal sometime the insurance company make mistakes. start going over my policy and find more and more problems. told him I wanted coverages the same as what I had before with my prior insurance company he even asked for my policy so I mad him a copy he had all the numbers. coverages where half what I had before oh and no insurance on my RV at all !!! Called again up set told me he had no idea about the RV printed out the email I sent him with the list of items needing coverage on he said he never got it. Then gives me an excuse that he got a new girl and might have not got that email. Mike has an excuse for everything and takes no responsibility for anything he dose. really really bad.
