Not only did Sam take the time to explain my car insurance policy and make sure I understood everything, but he also worked with me to save money where possible—something I really appreciate! What really stands out, though, is how Sam, Matt Holmes and the team remember me and the important things happening in my life. Kyle Mike Moews is the WORST argent I have ever had, absolutely awful. switched my insurance to Mike at Acclaim I had my RV home and three cars insured along with a rental property. Came back with a couple options. went over them, very quick and seemed confused him self has he is explaining it to me. Two months go by and my neighbor hands me a cancelation notice He had insured the wrong address I went back to look at my info I gave him, said my correct address. I called mike upset he said its no big deal sometime the insurance company make mistakes. start going over my policy and find more and more problems. told him I wanted coverages the same as what I had before with my prior insurance company he even asked for my policy so I mad him a copy he had all the numbers. coverages where half what I had before oh and no insurance on my RV at all !!! Called again up set told me he had no idea about the RV printed out the email I sent him with the list of items needing coverage on he said he never got it. Then gives me an excuse that he got a new girl and might have not got that email. Mike has an excuse for everything and takes no responsibility for anything he dose. really really bad.

Dave Hock We have gotten incredible service here all the way around. From the very beginning when we spoke to Jason, who helped us get everything we needed and was patient with all of our questions, to Ashley who is a joy to work with and speak with over the phone, you really feel like part of the family when you interact with this office in any way. And even when theyre not in the office, their responses are prompt and complete with the information you need, and I know they will always do their best to make you the best offer they can. We switched from another insurance situation that was not great to say the least, and working with David Andersons office has been more than a breath of fresh air, it was a gasp of astonishment too! He runs a tight ship, but still manages to make it feel down home. Privileged to live so close that this can be our home office.
