Credit Union 1 - Sycamore
Dayy Maaan I have been with the Credit Union since 2010. Ive been with them through their remodel and this new merger or change to Credit Union 1. I’ve seen a lot of 1-star reviews lately, but honestly, people are being way too quick to complain. Yes, the system changed, but the staff have been great about helping everyone adjust.
When I needed help with the new app, they sat with me, explained everything clearly, and we had it working in about five minutes right there in the branch. Every time I have a question, they take the time to make sure I fully understand before I leave.
Special shout-out to Daisy — she always greets me with a big smile and makes you feel welcome right away. If you have questions she has got your back and will help until your issue is resolved. Because she’s bilingual, she’s able to help even more people, and that makes a huge difference.
Instead of leaving 1-star reviews people should show a little patience and appreciate the great service these folks are working hard to provide. The members are adapting to a new system just like we are.
Thanks to everyone at the credit union for helping us all get through this transitional phase that theyre are having alongside us.
