1 /5 Allison Rhoades: I would give negative stars if i could. Me and my SO were lied to several times by teller named Molly. At first they didnt have his ATM card that was dropped outside. Then I went and she showed me the card but said he has to show his ID to get it (which fine no big deal). He went to pick up and was told they gave if to his wife (false). I called back and she then told me that she would not be giving the card back and that she destroyed the card and that it was bank policy. She also told me that she told me way more information than she should have since my name wasnt on the card. And she got rude with me, so I got rude back. We both went back in the bank and she told us that we misunderstood her. Um, no. If you were going to destroyed the card because its bank policy then should have been said from the start. She was very condescending. I then called my bank because she destroyed the card and they couldnt understand why she wouldnt give him the card back by showing his ID.
