Some regulars came in while we shopped and the lady running the place was just as nice to us as she was to them. Jewelry, statues, crystals, tarot...this place had a bit of everything. It felt calming just walking in. Looking forward to the next trip!

Molly Logan I walked into the store randomly needing to get a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.

Bill Molosz The Machesney Park, IL Kay Jewelers is worthy of a rating beyond 5 stars! Jaimie and Ann, and every other associate I encountered were beyond the best in customer service. I took my wifes ring in for repair, and they were beyond helpful and provided me with options for a quality repair. Kay Jewelers is second to none in quality and customer service. They will be my go-to from now on! The ring spoken of is pictured. Work done: replaced Tanzanite stone, diamond baguette and re-dipped. My wife was very pleased when it was returned to her.

Nicolas Waldron Staff: this is the first time I had been here. The lady behind the counter was super nice, and knowledgeable. Very kid friendly. They even have a sitting area for the people drug their by their significant others. Building: the building is spacious. Plenty of area to move around. Bathrooms were clean. Products: products were good quality. A little more pricey than other local places. This shouldn’t discourage you though. This place is fun and should be visited by anyone into Chrystal’s, gems, healing, herbs, and other spiritual life style items. Parking: parking is kind of tight, but there are enough to go around. Star rating: 5 because of the quality of the items for sale, and the friendly staff. They need had fruit snacks for the kid. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. Note: Jack is friendly and usually hangs out where you can pet him! Swing through, buy some sage or just stop to love on Jack. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

I was introduced to Bachrach Jewelers by my father—when I was getting engaged, he told me Mark’s father had created my mother’s engagement and wedding rings and I reached out to Mark thinking the story couldn’t be better. Mark and his apprentice Elijah guided me through the process of selecting both the style of the ring and the stone—they do a tremendous job of making the jewelry-buying process accessible and comfortable. Mark always has a good story to share and his craftsmanship is unmatched. Mark created the most-complimented and gorgeous engagement ring I have ever seen and I have recommended their office to many of my friends. Connie Fleming Solid Gold Jewelers is the BEST jewelry store in Bloomington/Normal. Gerry and his staff go out of their way to accommodate their customers with quality workmanship and the best customer service. I will continue visiting his store every time I am in town.
