Mark became an insurance agent learning from his well respected mother and father. I trust and depend on him for all of my insurance needs. Our relationship is built on trust, dependability, and friendship. He is a great customer advocate and insurance expert. He also is very involved with the community. He has the ability to shop various companies to find me the best coverage and value. Many of which are companies based in Illinois and not some huge outfit that’s hard to deal with. I feel no need to shop or even get a quote from anywhere else because I trust and know he’s done the work and research. Mark is very easy to contact if I ever need. Calling the office makes it very easy to pay my premiums rather than having to log into or call a major company. You call and talk to a real person, with excellent customer service.
