To my surprise, one of his team, Tracey Muller, whom I worked with extensively, was transferred elsewhere. She was the sole reason I stayed with the prior agent to begin with. When I found out she was at the Cravatta Agency, I asked State Farm to switch me over immediately. They did and once again I was working with my favorite insurance office manager of all time.
