1 /5 T: Update: 04/29/2025 Im throwing my hands up with this location. Customer service is ridiculous. At this point I will be traveling to the Downers Grove location to get anything completed. The staff at this one just sits and does nothing. No greeting when entering this place of business. Personal calls are more important than helping the customer. They call for a payment not paying attention to what was updated in their system. At least pretend to care that your customers have questions. At least pretend and act like youre interested in helping the customers that walk through the door. The guy working there tonight is mighty rude and sassy. Ill take my business elsewhere. Tired of running into horrible customer service. Everything should be available online for ppl to complete this themselves. ___________________________________________________________ Theyre ok for what they do. Talking to someone over the phone is a headache. Id rather go to the physical location. Their customer service is always good. The insurance companies they have are ridiculous but its convenient if youre looking for affordable car insurance.

1 /5 Ricardo Munoz: I Ricardo Munoz CDL class A professional driver have been a customer for over 10 years..perfect driving record no tickets or accidents ever!! My rates have gone through the roof! $$800.00 down and $223.00 a month!! And while on hold on the phone waiting for them to get back to me progressive insurance just quoted me $50 down and $122.a month! Oxford also had to nerve to send me a paper stating how its against the law if I dont have insurance in a very threatening way in my opinion.. they lost my business and everyone else I know.. do your homework and save!

I would recommend Oxford because of Miguel and I am grateful to have had his help. If you go, look for Miguel and he can help you with anything. Thank you for the great experience!!

1 /5 Starr Fitzgerald: Beware!! They make their money by selling you insurance from companies that dont pay out if you have an accident. When they dont pay out the other insurance company sues you to get payment, then its your responsibility to sue the your insurance company to get the payment from them. It will cost you $$$$ in lawyer fees. Get quotes from Progressive, State Farm, etc. You will find insurance thru one of the reputable insurance company for around the same price. Also they dont answer their phones when you call, if you do get a hold of someone they will say they will call you back and never do(3 days in a row this happened to me.) Called corporate to talk to them about it, and they are just as bad as their in store employees. Please go with a reputable company, not Oxford!
