Brian Grebe I had my truck in the driveway, when another truck was pulling a trailer and it came unattached. The trailer rolled up on to my driveway hitting my truck. Called Hartford to find out what I needed to do. They told me it was my responsibility to take care of everything and if I want them to help me I need to up my Insurance plan. I needed a car rental and Hartford wouldnt even help me, it was the other guy Insurance that helped me and found me a place where I can get a car. They claim they save you 200.00 to 300.00 on Insurance but that is a lie, because after I got my truck back I found a different car insurance and I pay way less with them and get more in my insurance plan.

Jon and Jeannie Huffman Lisa called us to arrange a meeting because our house insurance premium was due in a month. We were already aware that the new premium was increasing. We sat down with Amanda who was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After a quick game of 20 questions and many clicks on her keyboard, she told us our new revised premium. It was lower! Who expects any insurance premium to be less than the previous one? Way to go Amanda and State Farm!

David Kukulka When I bought my new house, I decided to shop around for better insurance with an agent closer to the new home and not internet based. Found David Meisenheimer with State Farm and was amazed at the responsiveness and customer service I received from his office, especially from Teri. Fast Forward 9 months, and I have switched all three of my daily driver cars and both of my antique cars over to them. I am NOT an easy person to deal with, and expect great service in a timely fashion. That is EXACTLY what I received from Teri. They have saved me hundreds of dollars and have been great to work with.
