Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!

Nicole Thompson Trinei was so helpful and very professional! She even alerted me to some situations that are fraudulently on my driving record that no one else has ever let me know (which is crazy cause it is very important). That just goes to show how thorough she was and accurate with the help that she provided. I really appreciate that and her getting me the best quote as possible. Shes a real asset and her customer service skills are awesome too! Thank you again girl!!

Urijah Burns Great place,family owned, and Stuart is ready for a call at almost any time. He has not answered me one time only and he told me how sorry he was and that it was because he was spending time with family. Just an overall amazing place. Both Stuart and Jeff are amazing agents to work with. And if you even feel like you price is to much they can see if they can change your company at a moments notice to help you save money.
