1 /5 Mixsi Pena: I been currently with them since Jan . I didn’t pay attention to the red flags ! First it was about a service I asked for and when I looked an insurance they quoted me for something I didn’t ask for then MARIA called to state I had to pay more because agent didn’t do his job like he was supposed to!! Mind you I still said okay I’ll pay and add the services I essentially requested for !!! Nowwww I got stopped this morning for a plate suspension of a non compliance for not sending verification of insurance at its due time !! Now Maria stated I am responsible for something I shouldn’t have to pay , because now it’s something is indeed their fault . Let me explain a bit . I currently am insure with them. But today in the morning 4/24/2025 . I got stopped by cops mind you I thought everything was cleared and when I say cleared meaning with dmv and the verification form I told them to do at time of purchasing the insurance.Now this person which goes by name of CARLOS started with my insurance policy. Now at the time of purchasing this insurance I told them to send dmv the verification of insurance which he stated he did so and I called them the day after because I wanted something that show me they sent it but never was given anything !!! I went to the dmv and dmv stated they never received nothing until today 4/24/2025! When I have been insured with them for months now ! When I asked to see the prove of them sending in the verification prompted to dmv MARIA PICO started arguing with me stating that that person Carlos don’t work for them so the files he had are no longer available! Which that is very unprofessional because a person as a sales agent should always scan what papers are being sent or received , but they couldn’t do so as I walked in the office to verify myself because another young lady answer and she said she was going to call back and never did . I took actions on my own and walked in and this is what I walked in too ! So basically this will be my second time addressing them for this reason ! The first time Carlos said he sent it over but dmv confirmed is a lie and he never did !! Now anyone will b upset ! I use this car to travel to work and for them to tell me now I am liable to pay the 100 to reinstate because they didn’t do their job is really unprofessional!!! The lady Maria pico was so rude and to top it off kept hissing about what I was going to do basically laughed and stated why would she do so !!! But again dmv just stated they got the verification this morning and only because I went to office and refuse to leave until they showed me they did !!!! If I can give zero starts I will !! I will be looking for a new insurance but imagine if they did to me how many ppl are not paying for their unprofessionalism and unreliability!!!!
