2 /5 MIKE Hodgen: I was with Eagle Rock Insurance for years for auto insurance before Envision took over. Eagle Rock was awesome they seem to care about me. If the insurance company I was with was going to raise my rate they would look around and find a lower rate somewhere else. Probably changed 3 or 4 times. I just got a big rate increase thru Progressive contacted Progressive said sorry maybe I assumed wrong but I thought they would contact my agent. Telling him one of there clients wasnt happy. I Waited until my insurance was almost up but no response from them. I did renew on line but I will be looking around in the next 6 months since they just want my money.

1 /5 Cary: They represent a company that has debris flying from the back of a service truck. While talking with that company they did admit that they had found an overturned bucket in the back of that truck. I was driving home on the interstate and had debris crack my windshield and destroy paint on my vehicle. That company was fairly nice and sent over to their insurance. A couple weeks go by after contacting them again and we get a email from Jeff Peterson owner/account executive claiming it was road debris and we should contact our insurance as it’s basically not their problem as I took that. That was very disappointing that you could not even have a conversation but you just want to assume what happened so you can deny fault. Accidents happen. Good thing there’s insurance. Sadly this company just wants to deny deny deny before even investigating to save a buck.

1 /5 David Norman: I have been with Jeff for about 2 and 1/2 years with my commercial insurance. He hasnt been great about keeping in touch but never really had much of a problem until this week when I got robbed at my business and now (of course) they are saying I dont have the correct coverage and the ten thousand+ dollars in damage isnt covered. Ive paid them over 13 grand in the last 2 years alone and thats what I get for assistance after I get my windows smashed, items damaged and a vehicle stolen and totaled? Im sorry to have to leave such a negative review but honestly they dont care about me or my business. I absolutely forbid you to do business with this organization.

2 /5 Vicki: This insurance agency chose to block us from comparasion shopping on our business insurance. All small businesses need to be careful how and where they spend their monies; as all costs are rising and for our insurance agent to block us from seeking insurance quotes from a list of over 30 other companies. This is childish and unprofessional. Competition is good if your offering a good service at a fair price....maybe Envision didnt want to be "found out" that they were overcharging . Buyer Beware.
