They won’t replace if the hardware is dented which I did not notice it has only been 5 days so she wouldn’t return it I said not a problem either way it was only 320 dollars never going here again. Horrible quality.

5 /5 Juan Gaytan: Had a great experience at Mr. Oro. Employees are friendly and very helpful. My ring was stocked, and they helped me to take it off and resize it. The cost was very fair and reasonable and lower than at other jewelry places I had been to. Plenty of security here which gives you peace to conduct your business. We ended up resizing two more rings due to service and price. Definitely recommend to come here.
