Linda Larson We have waited over 5 months for our deposit refund! Every time we talk to them, they tell us we’re still on the list. Now they have charged us $140.00 to supposedly clean the carpets in 2 small rooms. They were dirty when my Grandson moved in so I doubt very much if they actually had them cleaned. My Grandson’s girlfriend left that place cleaner than when they moved in. It was such an awful apartment, they didn’t bother trying to decorate it, so there are no nail holes in the walls or damage of any kind. This is what they do, give you the run around until you get tired and give up. Don’t believe me? Read their reviews before you rent from them!

Melissa Brown Just opened a COD - went to open a savings account with a cashiers check with a large amount of money that I wasn’t comfortable keeping with me. I politely Asked if I could please open it so I didn’t have to carry a large amount of money - but because they were closing in 20 minutes and they needed a half an hour to open the savings account they wouldn’t do it for me. I totally understand policy but when you have a new customer try to have a little bit better customer service and try to assist them. I will definitely take my money somewhere else.

Nathan Hill I have been going to this bank for so many years to check in my trust fund money every month and had no issues, YEARS! All of a sudden I have seen a couple new people and this woman (I dont remember her name) wont cash in my trust fund checks because "it has a later date" and they would get in "trouble" for it. I dont understand if that is the case why has no one else stopped me and I still see the same people working there years later to this day?!?! I have things to pay for asap towards the end of the month and I dont have time to wait if I have the checks. I tried explaining to her and still wont listen. I now have to avoid this place to go to a further one because of the "date" which makes me sad and upset because I really like some of the people there but now I dont feel comfortable going back there if I have a later date on my check compared to when I get it at home. This has been going on for a couple months and this is ridiculous. I dont mean to be a male Karen and I am usually chill but I need my money and clearly it isnt an issue because I have always done this for years. This is really weird for me from the new women. I am sorry but now I dont feel comfortable going to this branch and I really like the women I met who had worked there for years. They have been so kind, welcoming, gentle and heart warming and that is why this gets 3 stars. If they stopped working there I would change it to a 1 star. The man who I assume is the boss seems really good as well which is also why this gets a 3 star. Thank you all for those who have been there for so many years who know me. You all have been great and thank you for all of your hard work. ♥️
