1 /5 Melissa Brown: Just opened a COD - went to open a savings account with a cashiers check with a large amount of money that I wasn’t comfortable keeping with me. I politely Asked if I could please open it so I didn’t have to carry a large amount of money - but because they were closing in 20 minutes and they needed a half an hour to open the savings account they wouldn’t do it for me. I totally understand policy but when you have a new customer try to have a little bit better customer service and try to assist them. I will definitely take my money somewhere else.

1 /5 Sherrod Gilchrist: Refused to cash my check from my job. Even spoke to the owner whom I immediately called - who uses Busey Bank and has been issuing all employee checks through there for years. She claimed the check “wasn’t assigned” in the system….. I will never go back to that location 801 S Briggs St, Joliet, IL 60433
