1 /5 Chris Drives Cars: Shameful. If you’re looking for the type of agency that’s going look out for their LONG-TIME, LOYAL client’s interests, then the Mark Lathrop State Farm agency is NOT for you. Been a customer of theirs for close to 20 years. Our coverage was canceled and now it’s considered non-renewable…do you think anyone at the Mark Lathrop State Farm agency took a minute to pick up the phone to call their customer of a couple decades? Absolutely not. Well I am now a PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE customer and dealing with them has been a BREEZE and now I know how much I’ve REALLY been paying State Farm all these years.

1 /5 Umar Khan: I have never come across more unprofessional agency than this one. We had set up automatic payment from a new account recently. But..In addition to charging the new account this month..they still charged my wifes old account for over double the amount ($317) yesterday despite having made the payment already. My wife called them at 3pm while this "unathorized" payment was still pending.. an agent named "Stephanie" attended and said shes on another call & would call right back.. We waited an hour ..No one called..We dialed the number again. No one attended and we left several voicemails until their office finally closed at 5pm (Friday). My wifes account was overdrawn and shes also charged overdraft fees. They are unethical and very unsupportive . Please think twice before dealing with them.
