Walton Technology I banked with First Bank and Trust for years. Then boom the First mid bank came along and bought them out. And no the customer service calls go to some call center not my local bank. Cant get ahold of anyone local without walking into the location. Then I had my Mortage through them with escrow of taxes and insurance. They didnt even pay my taxes on my Mortage ending having to go there in person and complain about it and then still took them 3 days after that to even pay them. If it wasnt for me knowing some local people and them reporting the taxes not being paid to me I would have had my name printed in the news paper.
