I gave Jackson Hewitt a four star rating instead of five due to the somewhat high price. I was thankful though that Jackson Hewitt was able to get me an appointment on short notice and was very satisfied with Jennifer’s service.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the tax filing process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I got the best possible outcome. She was friendly and patient which made a typically overwhelming task feel effortless. Highly recommend her for anyone needing tax services! As for the rest of the staff, they were all friendly and nice as well. The demeanor was amazing! Will definitely go again.
