Evan James I have been with Brian Thoennes of Shelter Insurance for over 40 years, and have NEVER thought of even trying any other company. Over the years Brian has helped my with insuring 2 different houses, 9 different automobiles and answered numerous questions in a very light and pleasant way, no matter how insignificant the question. Even my son ( owner of 2 vehicles) has Brian as his insurance agent, and really enjoys working with him when he has insurance questions.

Lisa Smith An unprofessional office. They will miss inform you and withhold from correcting their mistake. It will cost you money! they function on “hear say” without knowing the facts. Be careful as gossip may generate from this office - such a “small town” mentality. Think twice before doing business with them.

Jason Guiden Julie is amazing. Great communication, follow up and customer service. Details are important to Julie and she cares about her clients. I’m thankful for the relationship.

Jessica Perez I worked with Elliot and he was absolutely helpful and understanding. I had questions and 3 different homes and cars for him to review. He took his time explaining everything and making adjustments where needed. Definitely glad I made my switch and Elliot was a big part of that decision plus we saved some money!
