In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.

Laurie Nyberg Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to be dropped from my State Farm policy. Which was fairly upsetting because I had been w customer with State Farm for a long time. But I was dropped from my home owners policy which was out of the agents control completely. This was quite upsetting but the agent did reach out to me and did his best to make sure the transom was as smooth as possible. I realize now he was just doing everything in his control to make the situation as smooth as possible even though he’s not in control as to who and when the customer may get dropped from their policy.
